Manual bodywork

Five manual techniques for relaxation and easier movement, all at the same hourly rate: reflexology, kinesiology, basic bodywork, fascial plasticity and osteopathy. We start by talking about how you feel and pick the technique together, then work on muscles and fascia — gently, without force.

Reflexology

Reflexology

60 min · 75

Finger pressure on the reflex zones of the feet and hands. The session moves slowly, with sustained holds and a steady rhythm, and the pressure is adjusted to how you feel that day. A calm way to unwind if you spend long hours on your feet or tension builds up.

Kinesiology

Kinesiology

60 min · 75

We work with muscle tone and movement: first we take a calm look at how your body moves, then we use slow, gentle hands-on work to ease the tightest spots. Come in comfortable clothes — nobody will rush you. A good choice if your body feels heavy by evening or after training.

Basic relaxing massage

Basic relaxing massage

60 min · 75

Gentle hands-on work with muscles and fascia: measured pressure, slow movements and pauses that give the body time to let go. The session adapts to how you arrive that day, without rushing. An option for anyone who carries tension in the neck, shoulders or back.

Fascial bodywork

Fascial bodywork

60 min · 75

Slow work on the fascia and connective tissue: steady, unhurried pressure — nothing like a quick massage. We stay longer on the areas where you feel the most tension and the least ease, so the body moves more comfortably. A good fit if you sit all day, train, or arrive feeling heavy and tense.

Osteopathic massage

Osteopathic massage

60 min · 75

Gentle hands-on work with the whole body: muscles, fascia and joint mobility, always without abrupt movements. We start by talking about how you move and where you feel tension. A good fit if you sit for hours, train, or end the day with a tight back and neck. It is not a medical treatment.
